Biography
Nancy Grace Roman was NASA's first Chief of Astronomy and one of the first women in an executive position at the agency. Her advocacy for a large space telescope earned her the title 'Mother of Hubble', and NASA's Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope is named in her honour.
