Limitations
Connected end-to-end since 2026-08-29, and the only provider on this platform that is NOT an institution: it is maintained by volunteers aggregating what operators announce, and it is labelled that way wherever it appears. Every launch is a PLANNED event and is never marked confirmed. Dates move, routinely by weeks, and an entry may sit unconfirmed for months — which is why the provider's own confirmation timestamp is shown on every one. The rate limit is fifteen requests an hour, so the feed is cached for thirty minutes and backed off for a quarter of an hour after repeated failures.
